Intake Questionaire

The intake questionnaire provides insight into a client’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual profile. This comprehensive overview allows me to design a personalized program that integrates these areas with the goal of creating a healthier, more balanced way of being.

Research

Following the intake, I conduct extensive research — reviewing hours of recent and past clinical studies, as well as proposed future research. Whenever possible, I also engage in discussions with credible experts to broaden and deepen understanding.

Educational Videos

In alignment with the Hub of Health, I create and share educational videos on my website. These focus on under-discussed health concerns, particularly across the stages of women’s lives, where voices have too often been overlooked. I also highlight men’s health issues that remain underrepresented. My aim is to make vital, often ignored information accessible and engaging.

A Hub of Health

I serve as a central resource for all aspects of my clients’ health and wellness.

  • Nutrition & Sourcing: I connect directly with farmers who provide ethically and ecologically raised foods—vegetables, fruits, grass-fed meats, poultry, eggs, and dairy. Supporting sustainable farming is central to my practice.
  • Practitioner Referrals: I link clients with a wide network of health professionals, including functional medicine doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, bodyworkers, and more.
  • Resources & Education: I highlight health-conscious restaurants, natural food providers, thought leaders, podcasts, books, and social media channels that challenge myths and bring forward meaningful insights.

This “Hub of Health” reflects my mission of Newtrition—an approach that goes far beyond food. It includes physical activity (running, swimming, climbing, resistance training, dance), contemplative practices (yoga, meditation, tai chi, chanting), creative pursuits (music, sculpture, photography), and inspirational media. Wherever I discover something that enriches quality of life, I share it with my clients.

Newtrition for Dancers and Performing Artists

Body dysmorphia, especially among dancers, is rarely addressed. Evidence links it to deeply rooted psycho-emotional behaviors. While young women are most affected, male dancers also face these struggles.

I work with dance schools, colleges, and universities to raise awareness and provide support. My presentations involve faculty, parents, and students, offering connections to experienced dietitians and nutritionists who specialize in these issues. The goal is to foster healthier relationships with body image and performance.

The Basics – Food & Supplements

I tailor nutritional recommendations to each client’s needs, considering medical diagnoses and digestive concerns. Issues such as histamine sensitivity are carefully addressed, with strategies for dietary adjustments. Supplements and herbal remedies may also be incorporated to maintain optimal vitamin and mineral balance, always mindful of possible contraindications.

Blood Work

While I do not require clients to present bloodwork, I am capable of reviewing and interpreting results when they are available, adding another layer of insight into the client’s health picture.
